با توجه به تغییرات بنیادین ایجادشده در لوگوی سازمان، از این پس *سازمان حمایت از جامعه مدنی و خبرنگاران* با آرم و لوگوی جدید و رسمی فعالیت خواهد کرد و لوگوی جدید جایگزین لوگوی پیشین شده است.
از این‌رو از تمامی مسوولان محترم جنبش‌ها، نهادها، نمایندگی‌ها،و همکاران سازمان صمیمانه خواهشمندیم از این پس در تمامی فعالیت‌ها، برنامه‌ها، اطلاع‌رسانی‌ها، اسناد، مکاتبات، گزارش‌ها و مطالب مرتبط، صرفاً از لوگوی جدید و رسمی سازمان استفاده نمایند.
1_استفاده از لوگوی پیشین سازمان در اسناد، اطلاعیه‌ها، پوسترها، برنامه‌ها و مطالب رسمی از این پس مجاز نیست.
2_تمامی مسوولان و نمایندگان سازمان موظف‌اند در طراحی و انتشار مطالب رسمی، نسخه جدید و تأییدشده لوگو را مورد استفاده قرار دهند.
3_در صورت تهیه یا بازنشر هرگونه پوستر، اعلامیه، گزارش، کارت شناسایی، گواهی‌نامه یا محتوای رسانه‌ای، رعایت هویت بصری و استفاده صحیح از لوگوی جدید ضروری است.
4_از مسئولان محترم درخواست می‌شود در صورت مشاهده استفاده از لوگوی قدیمی در فعالیت‌های مرتبط با سازمان، نسبت به اصلاح و جایگزینی آن اقدام نمایند تا از هرگونه ابهام در معرفی رسمی سازمان جلوگیری شود.
5_این تغییر صرفاً در راستای اطلاع رسانی، هویت بصری و انسجام بیشتر فعالیت‌های سازمان صورت گرفته است و تمامی بخش‌ها و مسئولان سازمان مکلف‌اند از این پس لوگوی جدید را به‌عنوان نشان رسمی و معتبر سازمان به رسمیت بشناسند.
از همکاری توجه و همراهی صمیمانه تمامی مسئولان، اعضا، همکاران و نهادهای مرتبط در راستای رعایت این تغییر، صمیمانه سپاسگزاریم.

Official Announcement from the Leadership of the Civil Society and Journalists Support Organization (CSJAO)
In light of the fundamental changes made to the organization’s logo, the Civil Society and Journalists Support Organization (CSJAO) will, from now on, operate under its new and official emblem and logo. The new logo has replaced the organization’s previous logo.
Therefore, we sincerely request all respected officials of movements, institutions, representatives, and colleagues of the organization to use only the new and official logo in all activities, programs, announcements, documents, correspondence, reports, and related materials from now on.
1. The use of the organization’s previous logo in official documents, announcements, posters, programs, and materials is no longer permitted.
2. All officials and representatives of the organization are required to use the new and approved version of the logo when designing and publishing official materials.
3. When preparing or republishing any poster, announcement, report, identification card, certificate, or media content, compliance with the organization’s visual identity and the proper use of the new logo is essential.
4. All respected officials are requested, upon observing the use of the old logo in activities related to the organization, to take the necessary steps to correct and replace it in order to prevent any confusion regarding the organization’s official identity.
5. This change has been made solely for the purpose of improving information dissemination, strengthening the organization’s visual identity, and ensuring greater consistency in its activities. All departments and officials of the organization are therefore required, from now on, to recognize and use the new logo as the organization’s official and valid emblem.
We sincerely appreciate the cooperation, attention, and continued support of all officials, members, colleagues, and affiliated institutions in observing and implementing this change.
